NATIONAL RESEARCH AND INNOVATION IN ORTHOPAEDICS CONFERENCE

In 2017, Bristol University OrthoSoc hosted our first national conference, the Inaugural National Research and Innovation in Orthopaedics Conference (RIOC 2017).

RIOC 2017 was held on the 21st of October 2017 at the UHBT Education Centre in Bristol. Aimed at medical students and foundation doctors, Bristol OrthoSoc put together a programme designed to inspire orthopaedic surgeons of the future, and demonstrate the multitude of interesting areas of the specialty that are not covered in the undergraduate curriculum. Speakers presented updates on topical research; delegates, their own work. For a brief summary of RIOC 2017, head over to our RIOC 2017 page.

This year, we aim to bring you a bigger and better conference! Stay tuned for more information.

RIOC 2020 is on Sunday 8th March!

Abstract submissions are open on 8th Jan 2020. Follow this link to learn more.
